Whey Protein Pancakes

Easy to make fluffy and packed with protein.

Ingredients:

  • Grahams Gold Jersey Milk - Half Cup

  • Whey Protein - 2 Scoops

  • Flour - Half Cup

  • Rich Yolk Egg x2

  • Banana x1

  • Coconut Oil or Butter - About tbsp

  1. Mix Flour, Milk & Banana.

    • Place Flour, Milk & Banana in the blender and start mixing on high setting.

  2. Add Whey Protein.

    • Add your protein powder and keep mixing, until its smooth.

  3. Add Your Eggs.

    • Lastly add your two eggs into the mixture and mix on high until smooth.

  4. Preheat your pan.

    • Preheat your pan on high heat, then just before adding your grease ensure you lower the heat to low-medium.

  5. Cook your pancake.

    • Add a bit of your mixture in at a time to your desired shape and size.

  6. Enjoy.

    • Enjoy your lovely protein pancakes, add Greek yoghurt on top for extra protein!
