Ingredients:

  • Steak of your choice (I prefer a nice Ribeye)

  • Tenderstem broccoli

  • Pak Choi

  • Asparagus

  • Rice noodles

  • 1 Chilli

  • 2 Garlic cloves

  • Vegetable or bone broth

  1. Prepare the Vegetables

    • Place the asparagus and tenderstem broccoli in a pan of water.

    • Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes until softened.

  2. Infuse the Flavors

    • Add a dash of oil to a frying pan over medium heat.

    • Sauté the chilli and garlic for 5 minutes to release their flavors.

  3. Prepare the Broth

    • Pour the bone broth into a pan and heat on low heat.

    • After 5 minutes, transfer the sautéed chilli and garlic into the broth.

  4. Cook the Steak

    • Using the same frying pan, add your steak and cook to your desired doneness (Rare, Medium Rare, or Well Done).

    • Once cooked, transfer to a chopping board and let it rest before slicing into strips.

  5. Cook the Noodles

    • Bring a separate pan of water to a boil.

    • Add the rice noodles and cook according to package instructions (usually around 3 minutes).

  6. Finish the Vegetables

    • For the last 3 minutes of cooking, add the Pak Choi to the pan with the asparagus and broccoli.

  7. Assemble the Bowl

    • In a serving bowl, layer the noodles, vegetables, and sliced steak.

    • Pour the flavorful bone broth over the top.

  8. Serve & Enjoy!

    • Grab your chopsticks or a spoon and dig in!
